Design and Work Tables

Design table (includes finished work storage), work table, mat-cutting table, heat press table.

Rotating frame displays, framed samples (excluding personal items).

Furnishings

Reception chairs and table, storage cabinets, fridge, microwave/coffee machines.

Inventory

Extensive inventory of frames, glass, mats, etc.

One-on-one Training

One-on-one training is available depending on need.

Why are you selling?

After 14 wonderful years, it is time to retire.

How much is the business?

Purchase price is $50,000 cash.  Vendor financing is not available.  The owner will be happy to provide any information necessary to assist with financing.  We recommend Community Futures for your financing needs - cfquesnel.com.

How much does the business earn?

The business has posted a profit of $40,000 plus in each of the last two years working part-time three days per week.  We have also been able to take time off to travel as customers are willing to wait a bit for quality framing services.  Additional financial information is available on request.

Is the building included?

Retail space and frame cutting area are leased from Community Futures North Cariboo.  They have indicated an interest in continuing to see the business operate under a new owner.  Rent to be negotiated.

Do I need framing experience?

Framing experience is not required.  One-on-one training is available (to be negotiated).

You should have:

  • Strong customer-service skills.
  • Artistic ability including a good eye for colour and composition.
